Elon was born in Pretoria, South Africa on June 28, 1971. He started programming when he was a child. He sold his first game when he was only 12. Five years later he moved to Canada. In this way, he averted a horrific mandatory military service in South Africa. In 1995 Musk run his first company – Zip2. The company developed online city guide software for newspapers. Four years of hard work resulted in 22 million dollars of profit from selling the company. In the same year, the genius made his new baby - x.com. Next year the project changed its name to PayPal.
Everybody knows SpaceX. Right? Can you believe this business is 20 years old? It was founded in 2002. Tesla was the next big step in Elon’s career. Did you know he wasn’t the one who founded this company? Tesla was established in 2003, but Musk joined the team in 2004. During the next couple of years, he experienced a lot of success with SpaceX and Tesla. In 2016 Neuralink was born; this is how the dream of connecting the human mind with a computer started slowly coming true. In the same year, SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket proved that the private company can be much better and cheaper at exploring the cosmos than NASA.
