Coinweb, a layer 2 cross-chain computing platform, has partnered with BMW to integrate blockchain technology into the car manufacturer's infrastructure in Thailand in order to improve financial transaction efficiency. The companies plan to launch two projects in 2023, including the use of smart contracts to automate manual processes and the development of a loyalty program based on the Binance BNB chain. The partnership aims to provide new experiences for BMW customers in Thailand and streamline the process of applying for vehicle financing. CEO of BMW Thailand, Bjorn Antonsson, said the collaboration will improve the efficiency and transparency of the company's operations.
